Customer guide
Teen Recruit helps customers search safe local services or rentals, send private requests, message teen providers, and keep job details organized.
Start with a service, rental item, ZIP, neighborhood, or state. If nothing appears, broaden the search or check back as more teen providers join.
Exact job addresses should stay inside private requests. Public teen profiles show general service areas, not home addresses.
Use the request and message tools to confirm date, price, address, tools, hazards, pets, supervision, and notes before work begins.
Review the teen profile, service area, services, rentals, and report option before sending anything.
Add the job type, timing, estimated pay or rental details, and any address or handoff notes you want the teen to see.
The teen can accept, deny, or ask for more information. Messages stay attached to that request.
Services are tasks a teen performs, such as yard help, tutoring, pet care, cleaning, event help, or tech help. Rentals are items a teen lists for temporary use, with rental dates, return date, deposit, handoff notes, and condition confirmation.
Customers should not ask teens to do unsafe or illegal work, use restricted equipment, drive for a job, hide the job from parents, or move the conversation into unsafe private channels.
You can save a default address or add one per request. It is not public and should only be used for the job or rental handoff you choose to send.
If the job location changes, update the request note or message the teen so they can decide whether the new location still works.
Customers should be adults, provide accurate details, respect parent involvement, disclose hazards, supervise where appropriate, communicate respectfully, and pay as agreed.
Before work starts, confirm who will be present, what tools are needed, whether pets are on site, how the teen should arrive, and how the job can stop if something feels wrong.
