These terms explain the rules for using Teen Recruit. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms and the Safety Rules.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Teen Recruit. Teen provider accounts require parent or guardian approval. Customers must provide accurate account information and use the site only for lawful requests.
What Teen Recruit does
Teen Recruit is a platform for discovering teen service providers, listing portfolios, sending job requests, and communicating about local services. Teen Recruit is not the employer of teen providers and does not guarantee any user, job, payment, schedule, or service outcome.
User responsibilities
Users must provide truthful information, keep login credentials private, respect privacy, communicate respectfully, and follow all applicable laws, school rules, neighborhood rules, and parent or guardian requirements.
Teen provider rules
Teen providers may list safe services, general service areas, availability, and portfolio work they actually performed. They must not list exact home addresses, private customer details, faces without permission, unsafe work, illegal services, or work they are not allowed to do.
Customer rules
Customers must not ask teens to perform unsafe, illegal, adult-only, or age-restricted work. Customers should communicate clearly, respect parent involvement, and avoid requesting exact teen home locations.
Reports, review, and moderation
Teen Recruit may remove content, restrict accounts, review reports, block unsafe categories, or suspend users when needed to protect safety, privacy, or site integrity.
No professional or legal advice
Teen Recruit may provide safety reminders and blocked category guidance, but users and parents are responsible for checking local laws, permits, labor rules, insurance needs, and safety requirements.
Limitation of liability
Teen Recruit is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Teen Recruit is not responsible for disputes, injuries, damages, losses, missed payments, user content, or offline interactions between users.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site develops. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
